This weekend we welcome the return of our annual club fundraiser as the TCC Vets XI take on the current players in an exhibition fixture.

Alongside the big match, there'll be plenty of activities for all ages including various sporting challenges and games for the whole family to enjoy and a fantastic raffle with some exceptional prizes on offer.

With the season drawing to a close this weekend, why not come on down and enjoy the sunshine for one final day out at the cricket.

With the 2021 season fast approaching, Trowbridge Cricket Club are seeking new members to take advantage of our exceptional facilities and structured training throughout the season and beyond. We currently run 3 league teams across both the West of England Premier League and Wiltshire County Cricket League, alongside regular Sunday fixtures offering cricket for all standards and levels of experience.

Please be advised that the Trowbridge Cricket Club AGM for 2021 will be held on Monday 1st March at 7.30pm via Zoom.

A pre-reading document and zoom details will be circulated via the team WhatsApp chats and players Facebook page - if you do not have access to either of these and would like to attend the AGM then please contact Adam Bolton on and the pre-reading documents and Zoom link will be shared directly.

Net Usage During The Off-Season

Unfortunately we have received reports that over the weekend the net facilities at Trowbridge Cricket Club have been accessed by members of clubs not affiliated with Trowbridge Cricket Club.

This is just a reminder that use of the nets is EXCLUSIVELY for those listed below:

  • Members of Trowbridge Cricket Club
  • Those with prior permission of Trowbridge Cricket Club to access the facility

Unfortunately due to the clubs insurance policy and significant costs involved with supporting these facilities, the nets are NOT for the use of anyone outside of the parameters listed above. If you or your club would like to enquire regarding one-off or regular hire of these facilities then please contact the club on to discuss further.

We should also further remind ALL parties that use of the nets can STRICTLY only be made if in adherence with the current COVID-19 regulations. Updated guidance on this can be found via the ECB website.



2021 Season - New Members Welcome!

With preparations for the 2021 cricket season starting to begin, Trowbridge Cricket Club are seeking new members to come and join our fantastic club for the upcoming season and beyond.

Boasting some of the best facilities in the South West, including a unique clubhouse and extensive grounds, we have opportunities available whatever your ability or interest in the sport. Whether a keen player, or just interested in helping out around the club, Trowbridge Cricket Club are interested to hear from anyone who would like to get involved with us.

We have the following positions currently open which we would be keen to hear from any interested parties for:

  • 1st/2nd/3rd XI Playing Members - all abilities very welcome
  • Senior Head Coach - please note remuneration is available for this role DOE
  • Junior Playing Members - all ages and levels of experience catered for
  • Junior Coaching Staff - no experience necessary, ECB Level 1 training available FOC
  • 2nd XI Umpire - no experience necessary, ECB Level 1 & 2 training will be provided FOC
  • General Grounds Support - no experience necessary

COVID Trading Update

In line with the new lockdown measures, Trowbridge Cricket Club will be closed from today (November 5th) until further notice.

We wish all our loyal customers well during the coming weeks and look forward to welcoming you back when viable.

End of Season Ground Support

With the season at a close, we will be hosting the annual end of season works this weekend in order to put the ground to bed.

All members and willing helpers are encouraged to attend from 10am this coming Saturday and Sunday in order to complete the necessary jobs required to prepare the ground for the winter months - see you all Saturday.

New COVID 19 Restrictions - Thursday 24th September

Following on from the introduction of new government guidelines relating to COVID 19, Trowbridge Cricket Club would like to reiterate the following restrictions that will be enforced from Thursday 24th September onwards. These restrictions are legally necessary for Trowbridge Cricket Club to remain open and will be in place for the forseeable future:

  • All customers will be required to wear a face covering upon entry/exit to the club and during movement around the club. Customers will be permitted to remove their face covering once seated.
  • Completion of the Track and Trace form must be provided, this is a legal requirement and anyone refusing to complete the form will not be permitted entry.
  • Tables will be served via table service only, please await a member of the bar staff visiting your table to place your order.
  • Tables are strictly limited to 6 per table - groups should not mix between tables and should remain seated except when using club facilities or entering/leaving. The re-arrangment of furniture is not permitted.
  • The club will close at 10pm sharp, last orders will be taken at 9.30pm.

These restrictions are all legal requirements for Trowbridge Cricket Club to remain trading, we ask that you all follow the guidelines set and remain patient with our bar staff during the coming months - thank you in advance for your 

Western Storm vs Southern Vipers - Thursday 13th August

Trowbridge Cricket Club are delighted to be hosting the Western Storm Regional Development Centre XI vs the Southern Young Vipers Regional Development Centre XI in a 50 over fixture this coming Thursday 13th August.

Play is set to begin from 11am - the ground will be open to all, with supporters encouraged to attend what is set to be a fantastic day of Women's T20 action!

  • Monday - 17:00 to Close
  • Tuesday - 17:00 to Close
  • Wednesday - 17:00 to Close

  • Saturday -12:00 to Close
